Well I’ve just heard from AlienSkin Magazine that they have accepted it for publication!
That’s a lot of mileage from just 150 words, I reckon!

well done! your cv is piling up. have you tried applying for a few grants? you can get them for everything from attending developmental opportunities to residentials within aus and overseas. well worth looking into – might get you into a new environment or something to pep up your writing.

Seriously, though, I had a quick look last time you mentioned the possibility and didn’t really see anything that looked like I would fit the criteria. (Now, if I was an unemployed, one-legged, lesbian, single-parent, war veteran, Aborigine, I might just stand a chance.)
