Hi Jo. I’m going to chop a big tree down tomorrow. Does that count? Or will it be too much fun?

Personally, I find that obsessively mulling over the problem, morning to night, is the only way to go.

Or try housework – something that doesn’t require thinking, like dishes or ironing. Occupational therapy for the brain.
